ARPEC was founded in 1949 to help meet the growing need for skilled HVACR technicians and continues to lead as one of Florida’s most highly regarded apprenticeship programs. Our students learn from the best craftspeople in the industry in a program designed by the United Association — one of the largest and most prestigious trade unions in the country.
