Local Union 725
Established in 1950, Local Union 725 represents more than 1,200 members in the South Florida area working in the air-conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems industry. Local Union 725 is affiliated with the United Association, one of the largest and most prestigious trade unions in the country. Local Union 725’s members are proud to work for the contractor members of the Mechanical Contractors Association of South Florida, and other UA-affiliated associations throughout the United States.
United Association
The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada (UA) represents approximately 373,000 plumbers, pipefitters, sprinkler fitters, HVACR service technicians, welders and pipefitters working in the construction industry throughout North America.
MCASF
Founded in 1948, the Mechanical Contractors Association of South Florida represents contractors who build and service heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration and piping systems in the metropolitan areas of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale and their suburbs as well as the Florida Keys. MCASF’s contractor members proudly employ the apprentice and journeymen members of Local Union 725. MCASF is proudly affiliated with the MCAA, one of the nation's most respected and influential trade associations in the United States.

The Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) serves the unique needs of approximately 2,600 contractors involved in the heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, piping and mechanical service industries.
